SC200TA machine is intended to reach higher production speed and consequently leads to higher packaging capacities. Its flexible tooling system allows for the die to be configured as a 1-track, 2-track or up to a 3-track setup, depending on tray size and production requirements. Safety system

- Safety system with safety slides in loading area and around cutting tools;
- Removable safety guards for die (perforated stainless steel);
- Magnetic switches stop the movement of the machine if the safety guards are lifted or moved;
- Falling fingers which form an access curtain are free to pivot allowing packs to pass through. But mechanically blocks access to moving machine parts if the operator tries to reach through from the other direction;
